10. Order: Function "Archive"

An authenticated customer can use the search tool to find old requests. This is done by clicking on the “Archive” button in the “order” menu :

The search screen offers the following parameters:

• Provider (list)
• Product (list)
• Type (order or estimate), (list)
• Order state (list)
• Sending date
• Reception date

After the search, the presented information is:

• N° of the order with a link to the order summary
• Product name
• Request type (order or estimate)
• Provider of the product
• Current request state
• Reception date
• Sending date
